Have you tried Martins Mist? It is made locally in Buckeye? I believe they sell it in Lewisburg also. The Blueberry is wonderful!!

Hi Angelena!

Funny you should ask, I just noticed Martin’s Mist wine at Emmajean’s General Store over in Marie, WV (on the border of Summers and Monroe counties) the other day. We didn’t buy it because I wasn’t sure how the blueberry would work with food. Have you had it as a table wine with a meal? Or do you think it works best as an after-meal or dessert drink?

I usually drink a glass after dinner while sitting on the porch swing lol, but it would be good with dinner also.

YUM! I’m trying to encourage others to eat locally, too. It’s harder than I thought it would be. Too many people are hooked on being able to buy almost everything at you-know-where. It really is past time for a nationwide shift in how we think and feel about our food!
